Our Practice Values
An Evidence-Based Approach
As Clinical Psychologists, we are highly trained science-practitioners. We apply what we know from scientific research about mental health and psychological interventions that are shown to be effective, and use this knowledge to tailor a results driven treatment plan to you.
You are at the centre of everything we do
We understand that speaking to someone about your mental health can be hard. We seek to understand you and your goals, and genuinely want to help you achieve them. We offer you a non-judgemental, compassionate and safe space for sharing your inner experiences.
A high level of Professional Expertise
Clinical Psychologists bring a high level of expertise to the assessment and treatment of mental health issues. To become a registered and endorsed Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA, a minimum of 6 years study at University, plus an additional 2 years of supervised practice in Clinical Psychology is required. On top of this, many undertake a further 4 years of study to gain a PhD.
